About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Retail Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our service station and convenience store. The role involves managing staff, controlling inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with operational standards. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily retail operations, ensuring smooth store functioning and a high standard of service.

Manage the selection, training, and supervision of staff to meet operational objectives and maintain productivity.

Maintain stock levels by ordering goods, conducting stocktakes, and managing inventory control to minimize loss.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.

Develop and implement policies and procedures for store operations, including sales, security, and merchandising.

Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze business trends to improve profitability.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage promotional activities, advertising, and marketing to boost store traffic and drive revenue.

Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are maintained in accordance with brand and operational guidelines.

Collaborate with senior management to meet strategic objectives and implement company initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fuel or convenience store environment.

Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Sound financial and inventory management skills.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business performance.

Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.

Relevant qualifications in retail or business management (desirable).
