Our not-for-profit client is a leading innovator in the Care Industry, this organisation is dedicated to continuously improving their ERP Business Systems to ensure operational efficiency. The company is hiring due to ongoing growth, Cloud Transformation and a commitment to maintaining high availability of critical ERP Business Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and Support all aspects of Business Application Systems, including specialist ERP Integrations, SQL Web Development, and Azure Cloud Technologies.

Ensure high availability of critical Business Applications and drive continuous improvement in ERP system Implementation, Upgrades and Support.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide Support on the utilisation of Data generated by Business Systems.

Determine, recommend, and assist Implement upgrades for key Business Applications.

Develop strong Business insights and ensure protocols for Business Systems Analysis and Design.

Establish and Implement best-practice standards for Business Systems and full cycle Applications Support and user needs in a timely manner.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields.

Experience in Supporting Project Delivery is advantageous.

Strong Business acumen with solid knowledge of ERP Systems and associated Technologies. Alayacare or TechOne CiA

Experience in Systems Analysis, Design, and Development.

Proficient in ERP Systems and Applications management in a SQL Server, TSQL, and O365 / Windows / Azure Operating Environment

Experience with Integration Technologies (SOAP, REST API).

Excellent communication skills to Support and collaborate with Business stakeholders.
