About the position:

We believe in making every customer feel valued and welcome from the moment they step into our Redfern Showroom. As our Front of House star, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer is greeted with warmth, and the showroom floor runs like one of our premium appliances!

• Be the friendly face of Winnings—greet every customer with a smile and make them feel at home.
• Set the benchmark for top-notch customer service, working with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain an exceptional experience.
• Assist the showroom floor, ensuring it’s organised and customers are always assisted.
• Team up with sales staff to keep the customer experience seamless and personalised.
• Keep track of team members' schedules, ensuring all customers are attended to.
• Be the go-to for answering and redirecting phone calls, providing smooth service to everyone.

Qualifications:

• A passion for customer service—your friendly, professional attitude will make customers feel at ease.
• Excellent communication skills—whether it’s chatting with customers, collaborating with the team, or liaising with suppliers, you’re a natural communicator.
