About the role

As the Consumer Affairs Manager at Prime100, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and upholding the company's commitment to consumer protection. In this full-time position based in Derrimut, VIC, and reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of consumer affairs and liaising with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

Investigating and resolving complex consumer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Analysing consumer feedback data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and enhance customer satisfaction

Staying up-to-date with relevant consumer protection laws and regulations, and ensuring the company's compliance

Representing the company in discussions with consumer advocacy groups and regulatory bodies

Providing strategic recommendations to senior management on consumer-centric initiatives

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer affairs, customer service or a related field

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and address complex issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders

In-depth knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations, particularly in the retail and consumer products industry

Experience in developing and implementing customer-centric policies and procedures

Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
