What You’ll Do

Lead & Motivate – Keep the crew firing on all cylinders, ensuring projects stay on track and standards remain sky-high.

Manage Workflow – Organise jobs, parts, and timelines to keep the builds moving smoothly.

Quoting & Budgeting – Accurately price up jobs, manage budgets, and ensure profitability without cutting corners.

Hands-On Expertise – You MUST know how to build cars and understand every step of the process, from concept to completion.

Problem-Solving – Be the go-to for troubleshooting, making decisions on the fly, and keeping customers in the loop.

Communicate Like a Pro – Whether it’s with the team, suppliers, or clients, you need to be a clear, confident, and straight-talking communicator.

What You Need

• Experience managing a high-performance workshop.

• Deep knowledge of custom car builds. You will need experience in, inclusive of ability to quote:

Heavy fabrication

Rust fabrication

Panel beating

Paint work

• Strong leadership skills—someone who can push the team while keeping morale high.

• A sharp eye for detail and an obsession with quality.

• The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.

• Experience in quoting jobs, managing budgets, and tracking costs effectively.
