About the role:

• A well-known food manufacturer in the South-Eastern suburbs.
• Casual part-time opportunity with a potential to go permanent after a month.
• Monday to Thursday (30 hours a week)
• Start asap.

About your duties:

• Sample collection and preparation
• Testing of samples and releasing results
• Routine Microbiology and Chem testing of products
• Report writing
• General housekeeping duties

About you:

• Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Food, Microbiology, or closely related discipline
• Some experience in a Microbiology laboratory in the food industry is desirable
• Understanding of GMP and GLP
• Team player and a CAN-DO attitude.
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasker and great organizational skills
