We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruitment Administration Officer to support the delivery of high-quality recruitment and onboarding services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled administrator with a strong interest in recruitment to join a collaborative and supportive HR team.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Administration Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, the HR team, and other key stakeholders to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment advertising, preparing induction schedules, maintaining HR systems, supporting compliance activities, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
This role is well suited to an experienced administrator with strong communication and time management skills, ideally with some exposure to recruitment or human resources environments.

Demonstrated experience in administration, including data entry, document management, and use of Microsoft Office.

Proven ability to solve problems and use systems effectively to identify issues and contribute to process improvements.
