About the role

A&H Dalpadado Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Diploma Educator to join their team in Hornsby Heights, NSW. This is a part-time role where you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to young children in a warm, nurturing environment.

What you'll be doing

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Observing and assessing children's development, and using this information to tailor learning experiences

Building positive relationships with children and their families to foster a sense of community

Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised learning environment

Collaborating with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Demonstrated experience as an Early Childhood Educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and families

Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and current best practices in early childhood education

Passion for nurturing the development and wellbeing of young children

Commitment to ongoing professional development

Valid Working with Children Check
