Job Description:
As a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care for all children, aligned with our centre's philosophy, policies, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and National Quality Framework (NQF).

Your responsibilities include:

Supporting the planning and implementation of programs and curriculum

Working collaboratively with team members to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate experiences

Providing guidance and support to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years

Assisting with the implementation of daily routines

Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children

About You:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Current Working with Children Check

First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Team player with a collaborative mindset

Commitment to building positive relationships with children and families
