🌟 About the Role:

We're currently hiring Casual Educators to join our fantastic team!

🕒 Operating Hours:
• Before & After School Care: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM & 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Vacation Care (Shelly Beach only): Between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🚫 No weekends – ever!

As an Educator, you will:
• Supervise and engage with children in fun, safe and inclusive ways

• Help plan and run exciting activities, games and crafts

• Support children during transitions, mealtimes, and group routines

• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families

• Assist with daily set-up and pack-away

• Ensure our spaces are clean, organised, and full of good vibes

• Work collaboratively with your team and follow service procedures

✅ What We’re Looking For:

We’re after people who are:
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and love working with kids
• Reliable team players who take initiative and pitch in
• Great communicators who can build rapport with children and families
• Available for split shifts
• Willing and able to work across both our Shelly Beach and Wyong centres

🎓 Requirements:

• A Paid Working With Children Check (or willingness to get one)
• A First Aid Certificate with Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
• Must be 18+
• Own transport is a must

Highly Regarded (but not essential):
• Childcare qualifications
• Experience with school-aged children
• Prior work in a childcare or OSHC setting
