Are you an experienced Backhoe Operator ready to join a supportive and safety-focused team? We're looking for a reliable professional to work onsite in Park Ridge, contributing to smooth and efficient site operations with consistent hours and excellent payincluding overtime and occasional Saturdays.

What You'll Do:

• Operate backhoe equipment for site maintenance and material handling
• Perform prestart equipment checks and promptly report any issues
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to the letter

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience operating a backhoe
• Relevent operating ticket (e.g., RIIMPO319E or equivalent)
• Construction White Card
• Strong focus on safety and compliance
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
• Ready to start ASAP
