Hourly Rate: $33.53 – $41.30 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will:

Step into rooms across different age groups to provide consistent care

Support daily routines, transitions, and learning programs

Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team

Adapt to new environments and support permanent educators as needed

Be available to work a variety of shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards it)

Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate

Experience in an early childhood setting (preferred)

Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
