We’re currently looking for a Full-Time Sales Consultant to join our small but dedicated team. If you love helping people, have an eye for interiors, and enjoy working in a close, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role:
In this customer-facing role, you’ll help guide clients through their flooring and window covering choices — whether it’s new carpet for the living room, vinyl planks for a rental, or custom blinds for the whole house. You’ll provide expert advice, answer questions, and ensure every customer walks away feeling confident and cared for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet customers and create a welcoming, friendly showroom experience

Understand customer needs and recommend the best flooring and window covering options

Share knowledge about products, installation, care, and styling tips

Prepare quotes, process sales, order stock & schedule installations

Keep the showroom tidy and displays looking great

Work closely with our small team to meet shared goals and support daily operations

Experience with Window Coverings:
Experience in blinds, shutters, curtains, or shades is a big plus! We often assist customers with complete interior solutions, and your know-how in window treatments can make a real difference.

What We’re Looking For:

Retail or customer service experience (sales preferred)

Experience with flooring and/or window coverings is a bonus

A friendly, down-to-earth personality

Willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Flexibility to work every second Saturday 9am-2pm (built into roster)

A team player who enjoys a relaxed but professional environment
