📍 Hybrid work | 💼 Full-time | 💰 $75k base salary + Super + uncapped commission = $100k OTE (uncapped) every BDR has been exceeding targets, taking home more than $100k

What You’ll Do

• Qualify new sales opportunities through outbound high volume phone calls
• Build relationships with potential customers
• Maintain accurate lead data and track interactions using CRM software - Salesforce
• Stay up to date with market trends, industry changes, and competitor offerings
• Meet and exceed individual KPIs including call volumes, call time and lead conversion

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who is hungry for money, excited by targets and uncapped earning potential, who's confident on the phone and in making cold outbound calls.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in sales, bonus if you have cold calling experience already or business development
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilience and confidence in handling objections and rejections
• A self-starter attitude with strong time management
• CRM experience (bonus but not essential)
• A passion for hitting goals and exceeding expectations
