About the Role

As a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, you’ll play a key role in advising clients on complex and high-value property transactions. The team’s work spans:

• Acquisition and disposal of commercial, retail, industrial, and rural property
• Leasing and property management
• Master-planned and strata developments
• Due diligence and structured title arrangements
• Commercial transactions including business sales, service agreements, and contract formation

You’ll work with a prestigious client base including property trusts, private owners, developers, and national landlords and tenants.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ PAE in Commercial Property Law
• Experience in a national or specialist property law firm
• Strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring junior lawyers
• Confidence managing complex matters independently
