We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
- Demonstrated high level administrative skills and the ability to provide effective and efficient administrative support; with proven capabilities in the use of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire a knowledge and understanding of the MINCOR document tracking system.
- Well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to identify, analyse and resolve issues through the development and implementation of innovative solutions and business improvement initiatives that achieve organisational objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to organise, plan and prioritise workloads to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines; display initiative and self-motivation to complete complex tasks; and a proven commitment to the provision of high-quality customer service.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to effectively consult, negotiate, collaborate, and build productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role:
- The incumbent may be required to travel on official business and the possession of a C class driver's licence may be required.
