Residential – Tom Price | Full time
Starting salary $63,336.00 p.a. + Allowances, 6 Weeks Leave and Super Matching Scheme

The Shire of Ashburton is looking for a Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face of our Tom Price Administration Building. As the first point of contact in this customer facing role, you'll play a key role in handling enquiries, providing information, and ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing professional front-of-house service to the public
- Directing incoming phone calls
- Responding to reception emails and enquiries and assisting with animal registrations
- Administration tasks, receipting and daily reconciliations
- Flag marshal duties, stationary orders and assisting the team with records management
What You'll Bring:
- A friendly, approachable manner and strong communication skills
- Confidence in customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with cash handling and general administration duties
- A valid C Class Driver's Licence and a current National Police Certificate
