No threshold commission plan - opportunity here to earn at the top banding...50%. Spread out over a quarter that's over $13K for billing $100k and $31K in comms for billing $150k.

Broad remit - this is not an overly saturated team or a desk that has been continuously sliced and diced. You'll work closely with 1 experienced recruiter, able to work perm and contract, work nationally, work across house accounts.

• Experienced 360 Consultant - 3+ years 360 recruitment experience in Project Services, Change or IT Transformation
• Commercially minded – understands how to build a profitable desk and identify revenue opportunities
• Strong relationship builder – develops trust quickly with both clients and candidates
• Organised and efficient – manages a busy workload, follows up consistently, and keeps everything moving
• Goal-driven – focused on hitting targets and motivated by results
• Strong personal brand – professional reputation, online presence, and consistent delivery
• Collaborative – supports their team while running their own desk independently.
