The Role

Brellah | The Health Collaboration is looking for a Medical Administrator to join our team at our Gregory Hills location.

The role is part-time, commencing with approximately 20-24 hours per week with some flexibility of the days.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:

Administration Experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Experience with medical practice software or equivalent CRM.

This is an onsite role only.

Responsibilities

Management of clinical letters for multi-disciplinary specialists.

Access transcription service app to manage clinical letters.

Download and distribute clinical letters via sharepoint for clinician review.

Review, format and finalise content.

Manage distribution, electronic and mail, of letters to GP’s, specialists, and other organisations as required.

Filing letters and documents on Practice software and other platforms as required.

Provide assistance to the administration and reception team to provide patient-centric care.

Receptionist Duties; patient bookings, payments, telephone enquiries.

Taking accurate messages when required and ensure they are passed on to the correct person in accordance to practice procedures.

Other administrative tasks and projects as directed by Practice Manager and/or Team Lead.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organised and high level of attention to detail and care in your work.

Adaptable and practical.

Proficient computer skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality with patient information.

Ability to work independently.

Knowledge of Medical terminology (desirable).

Experience as Medical Receptionist (desirable).
