As we continue to experience growth across all facets of our business, we have multiple project opportunities to be tendered, and to support this, Joss Group is seeking the appointment of a full time Submissions Manager to join our team in stunning Albury Wodonga.

The Submissions Manager will be responsible for developing winning tenders and proposals, working closely within the pre-contracts teams and operational business leaders. With an eye for detail and an ability to produce high level correspondence, you will be experienced in writing & editing compelling content to deliver first class submissions.
Key duties & responsibilities will include:
Leading the writing and production of detailed, conforming, client-focused submissions, and presentations
Developing strategies which are clearly articulated in all submissions
Preparing bid writing plans, liaising with contributors to ensure timely input and completion of tender sections, and managing non-priced criteria Compiling all required documentation (including schedules, price and commercial responses etc.) to ensure complete, compliant submissions
Working with graphic designers & established bid team to enhance submission presentations
Providing guidance to the submissions team to drive best-practice in submission development.
Applicants will display:
A track record of producing and writing multi-million dollar winning tenders and proposals (construction sector experience is highly desirable)
Exemplary communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and expertise in MS Office, InDesign and .pdf writing & editing software packages
Understanding of risk management for projects, bids & tenders
Creativity and innovation with the ability to develop winning concepts
Proficiency in ensuring submission quality, risk and compliance standards are met
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with all levels in the organisation
