Responsibilities:

Participate in project bidding, feasibility assessment, and preparation of tender submissions.

Develop detailed construction plans including schedules, resource planning, and budgets.

Identify and manage project risks, resolve issues promptly, and ensure deadlines are met.

Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design and safety standards.

Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Supervise site operations, including material delivery, inspections, and technical clarifications.

Maintain communication with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment on project goals.

· Prepare regular progress reports and support the team in continuous process improvement.

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Construction Project Management or related field;

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role;

In-depth knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry practices;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, staff, and other relevant personnel, coupled with attention to detail;

Ability to plan, manage and deliver several projects simultaneously;

Proficient in basic computer software and construction management systems;
