Trainee Strata Manager

Our client is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to play a key role in managing and enhancing the value of their property portfolios. If you have the skills, knowledge, and passion to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you!

What you will need:

In order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience.

• Proactively manages the property portfolio, ensuring service delivery per the client's agency agreement.
• Maintains and grows revenue by achieving targets and keeping clients satisfied and engaged.
• Oversees portfolio's insurance needs, requiring full replacement value and applicable insurance requirements.
• Supports clients in maintaining property value through coordinating preventative, remedial, or unplanned maintenance.
• Organizes people and activities to efficiently complete tasks within the strata operations workflow.
• Assists clients in preparing and running annual general and other meetings.
• Manages financial administration per the agency agreement, legislation, and governing documents.
• Demonstrates awareness of how strata legislation affects day-to-day and long-term property management.
• Completes administration and tasks within the strata operations workflow.

What We Can Offer:

• 60K to 70K Annual + Super + Commissions
• Permanent Placement
