Kerry’s Automotive Group is a proud family-owned automotive dealership in Australia’s Top End. We are currently looking for an Experienced Administration Assistant to support our Dealership's day to day financial and administrative operations
Basic Functions:
- Processing financial transactions, including accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records, EOM/EOFY Reconciliations.
- Assist with all other administration duties in any staff absences.
- Assist with the data entry and processing of Vehicle deal packs.
- Assist with stock control, Vehicle Registrations.
- All other ad hoc administration duties required.
Successful Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in Dealership Administration
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict monthly reporting deadlines
- Knowledge of Pentana and ERA Power accounting systems is a plus
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and word)
- Willingness to learn
This position requires you to hold an open Australian Driver’s License and be able to pass a Criminal history check.
