AHR Builders are a custom residential builder based in Langwarrin with projects throughout the Mornington Peninsula, Bayside, Phillip Island. Specialising in single to multi occupancy builds from planning through to completion.

Qualifications & experience

Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within residential construction or similar industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite especially excel and familiarity with Databuild, Comapnion Systems or similar.

Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.

Tasks & responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for client enquiries and correspondence, providing timely and professional responses.

Maintain organised filing systems for easy access to essential documents and records.

Ensure timely delivery of orders and callups and maintain communication with relevant suppliers throughout the process.

Compile and maintain pre-site, on-site and maintenance work in progress reports and distribute internally and externally as directed.

Liaise with suppliers and trades to obtain quotes for upcoming projects.
