HIRING - PHYSIOTHERAPIST

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Stay Active Longer in Lidcombe, NSW. This contractor role will involve providing high-quality physiotherapy services to help our clients maintain their mobility, independence and overall wellbeing. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients stay active and live fuller lives.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' physical needs and develop personalised treatment plans

Delivering a range of physiotherapy treatments and interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and education

Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care

Maintaining accurate client records and documentation including report writing

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services

What we're looking for

A degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration

At least 2 years' experience working as a Physiotherapist, ideally in a MSK rehabilitation, aged care or NDIS setting

Strong clinical skills and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families

A patient-centred approach and a genuine passion for helping people improve their quality of life

Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practices
