About the role

We are seeking an exceptional physiotherapist to join our team at Sharon Penner Physiotherapy in Kempsey, NSW on a contract basis of 16-24 hours per week. As a physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional physiotherapy services to our diverse client base, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans

Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments and interventions to help clients manage pain, improve mobility, and enhance their physical function

Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to rehabilitation

Educate clients on self-management strategies and provide them with the tools and support they need to achieve their goals

Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with professional standards

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our physiotherapy services

What we're looking for

Degree in physiotherapy with AHPRA registration, indemnity insurance and rights to work in Australia

Minimum 2 years' experience as a physiotherapist in a clinical or rehabilitation setting

Strong clinical skills and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your own caseload and prioritising tasks effectively
