Hunter Physio Sports Clinic is located in Newcastle, NSW. We have been dedicated to promoting the physical well-being of the Newcastle community since 1995. In addition to Physiotherapists our clinic is equipped with a team of skilled professionals, including Remedial Massage Therapists, Pilates Instructors, Rehabilitation Specialists and Personal Trainers. We have recently upgraded our facilities to include brand new electric tables, heated massage tables, and a spacious 100sqm rehabilitation and exercise gym. Within this environment, we offer a range of services, including small group rehabilitation classes led by Physiotherapists, mat Pilates, Post-natal classes, small group strength and conditioning programs, and small group exercise classes.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and charismatic Physiotherapist with excellent communication skills to join our experienced and friendly team. As part of our comprehensive induction process, we guarantee monthly inservices to enhance your progression as a therapist.

The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following criteria:

Fully qualified Physiotherapist

Current APHRA registration with Australian Citizenship

Keen interest in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy

Commitment to maintaining accurate clinical notes on patients

We value individuals who possess the drive to evolve as therapists, actively participate in monthly in-services, and pursue professional development through accredited Physiotherapy training in their areas of interest. Working with us will expose you to a diverse clientele, ranging from private patients to athletes, weekend warriors, workers' compensation cases, DVA and EPC patients.

To facilitate your work, you will be provided with an iPad and full access to our boutique gym space.

We welcome applicants with two or more years' experience for the Physiotherapist role. Those with less experience will have the opportunity to benefit from close mentoring by senior colleagues and receive guidance to advance their career path.
