Locum Physiotherapist

Aged Care (Residential Aged Care Facility).

Time:

3 Weeks - 19th May to 6th June (Option of a Full-Time Position if preferred).

Salary:

$55.00 - $65.00 P/H (based on experience). Accommodation Provided.

Your main responsibilities.

Provide 1:1 Physiotherapy assessment and intervention for senior citizens, related to falls prevention, mobility and pain management. Use of evidenced based practice with a variety of treatment options based on the existing programs in place.

You will simply pick up an existing work-schedule of resident's already receiving care from the in-house Physiotherapist.

Providing falls assessments and reports as referred by care staff and management.

Provide support with any group activities that may be carried out during the 3 weeks.

Supporting staff with family meetings, new admissions and any other Physiotherapy related tasks as required.

This locum position is straight forward. Accommodation will be arranged nearby. You will be walking into an established physiotherapy service, making it stress-free.

You need:

AHPRA general registration.

APA (or equivalent) public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Current police check.

NDIS worker screening check.
