The Package: $849.32 - $1,248.31 gross per week + 11.5% super. (Evaluated as Trainee Grade 4 - 10 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression.
Full time – 38 hours per week. 9-day fortnight conditions will apply.
This position will commence after 1 July 2025 and is a 3 year fixed term contract.

In this role you will:
Undertake a variety of construction and maintenance tasks to support Councils vast road systems, including road construction, line marking, and concreting.
Assist with worksite traffic control.
Drive, operate, and service council plant and equipment.
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Able to integrate into a team environment and also work independently.
Has a can-do attitude and embraces learning opportunities when they arise.
It is a requirement of this role that the successful applicant is eligible to be registered as a NSW Trainee under the NSW Government Apprenticeship and Trainee Scheme.
