At LabourCo we partner with a number of clients to offer a wide range of opportunities across a broad range of industries. We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified Plant Operators/Labourers to partner with a local Civil Construction contractor.

To be considered for these position’s applicants must have the following:

proven machinery experience and competency (loaders, rollers, excavators, backhoe, bobcat, etc.)

proven civil construction labouring experience (concreting, stormwater pit construction and pipelaying etc.)

Truck License (MR minimum, HR preferred)

NOTE: These are all-rounder positions and labouring forms a major component of the role requirements.

Additionally, you will need to be:

Reliable – must be reliable and available to work 40+ hours per week Monday – Friday. Overtime work is regularly required.

Hardworking - physically fit and able to complete strenuous labouring tasks for long periods.

Respectful – it is extremely important that all of our employees understand that they are representing our business and are expected to treat clients, colleagues, members of the public and plant equipment with respect at all times .

You must possess the following skills and current qualifications at a minimum in order to be considered:

WHS White Card

Heavy Vehicle License (MR minimum)

Proven experience in the desired work fields.

Physically able to complete manual labouring tasks.

Able to pass pre-employment functional assessment which includes mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
