You have the technical expertise to back it up and organisational skills to manage daily operations, job allocations, and ensure top notch standards and workmanship.

Efficiency, you know how to balance the technical and logistical sides of service delivery like a pro.

Key Responsibilities:

*Weekly Toolbox Meetings: Conduct meetings to review job progress, safety protocols and ensure team alignment.

*Job Allocation and Scheduling: Use Service M8 to assign tasks based on skill, priority and availability, all while ensuring efficient job completion.

*Stock and Spare Parts Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure the team has the necessary tools and parts.

*Communication: Provide daily support to the team, keeping communication open between the office and technicians on the road, address challenges and complete jobs on time.

*Quality Assurance: Oversee all jobs to ensure they meet R. J. Allen Refrigeration's high quality and safety standards, along with minimising call backs.

*Onsite Problem Solving: Trouble shoot and offer technical support on site, resolve issues quickly to ensure jobs are kept on track.

*Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate job records in Service M8 and ensure thorough documentation of work for future reference and billing.

*Adapt a Positive Team Culture: Promote collaboration and respect within the team, addressing conflicts and ensuring a harmonious work environment.

Skills and Experience:

*Proven experience as a commercial refrigeration mechanic, with solid problem solving skills. 4-5 years post apprenticeship experience preferred.

*Strong leadership capabilities, including experience managing or guiding a team.

*Use of cloud based job software for job tracking, scheduling, reporting and billing. Service M8 knowledge would be an advantage.

*Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

* The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organisation in a fast paced environment.

*Commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

You must also have the following:

*Trade Certification III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

*Current Australian Drivers Licence.

*Current Refrigerant Handling Licence.

*Current Restricted Electrical Licence. (D Licence)

*Work safe White Card.

*Working with Childrens permit oe able to obtain one.
