About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team at At temp refrigeration' in Thomastown, Victoria. As a Refrigeration Mechanic, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems. What you'll be doing:

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration systems

Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of refrigeration equipment

Install new refrigeration systems and components

Repair and replace faulty or worn parts

Maintain detailed records of all work performed

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations

Provide expert advice and support to clients

What we're looking for:

Formal qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning, such as a Certificate III or IV

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Refrigeration Mechanic in a commercial or industrial setting

Strong technical skills and knowledge of refrigeration systems, including electrical and mechanical components

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Commitment to safety and attention to detail

Strong communication and customer service skills
