The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our client's finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and inputting financial data into the Accounts Payable systems (Chrome River and Aderant) with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process creditor invoices and transactions daily
• Manage disbursements
• Process expense claims
• Assist with month-end procedures
• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone calls and emails
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as required

Key Skills:

• Proven accounts payable experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with computerised accounting systems
• Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
