The Role

We’re looking for a talented and driven Content Creator (Marketing) with a strong background in digital media and hospitality. This role requires someone who understands how to create and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling. Experience working in a cocktail or events bar is essential due to the unique nature of our service.

Key Responsibilities

Capture and produce photo and video content at events and activations

Develop and schedule high-quality social media content and campaigns

Grow engagement and online presence through creative storytelling

Collaborate with the events team to deliver content that reflects brand values

Edit video and photo content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite

Track and report performance metrics from social platforms

Contribute to brand strategy and visual identity through content

Attend events to capture behind-the-scenes and highlight moments

What We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or similar + 1 year of industry experience
OR
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in content creation or digital marketing

Experience in the events or hospitality sector—cocktail/bar knowledge is essential

Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing

Confident in using content scheduling tools and basic analytics

Ability to work evenings/weekends occasionally to attend events

Excellent time management, communication, and creativity
