Our client is a successful investment building marketing group specialising in volume house and land. They transact approximately 150-200 sales per year for various home builders.

About the Position

An opportunity currently exists for a Property Sales Consultant to join the team in a lucrative role. Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial appointments with qualified buyers
• Assisting buyers with finance and driving this process
• Presenting suitable properties through available house and land stock lists
• Working closely with Contract Manager to finalise sales

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a self motivated and hungry Sales Professional with a good knowledge of property and investments. Suitable candidates will demonstrate the following:

• Experience in real estate or property sales
• Experience and knowledge of asset investment or property investment
• High performance sales background
• Real Estate licence preferred however not essential
• Self motivated and driven
