East Coast Paint and Panel, a family run collision center in Cairns, is looking for our next member to join our busy and growing team.

East Coast paint and panel specialises in small to medium accident repairs for our partnered insurance companies and fleet providers, providing high quality workmanship as a standard. We have the mission to always better ourselves, our processes and help our team achieve all that they can. THE ROLE

Are you a qualified panel beater that has pride in what you do, wants to be a valued member of a team and not just a number?

This is a full time position that would suit a skilled panel beater who has the drive and view of furthering their career, starting by taking a leading role in our panel repair division, carrying out repairs to quality standards while helping mentor our future tradespeople to become exceptional, top level tradespeople.

4 DAY WORK WEEK (MON-THUR)

$1500 bonus for iCar platinum technician (paid after trial basis has passed)

Ongoing training & development (iCar etc.)

YOU

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a good work ethic, pride in their work and a tidy operator. You will be a leader in the team, helping with the development and progression of our young, enthusiastic team.

Trade qualified (cert 3) with experience.

Reliable, consistent and tidy work ethic.

Team first attitude, willing to help out with other tasks to help the team achieve our goals.

Willingness to learn and advance your career.

Good communication skills

Able to show patience and give clear advice and instructions to our apprentices.

Have a current driver's license.
