About the role

We are seeking dedicated, professional casual front of house staff to join our small team at The Clareville in Clareville, NSW. As part of our FOH team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and seating guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

Taking food and drink orders, and communicating these effectively to the kitchen and bar staff

Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

Handling cash and processing payments accurately

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the dining area

Assisting with set-up and pack-down of the restaurant as needed

Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest queries or concerns

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a restaurant environment with basic wine knowledge

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a busy restaurant

A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

Availability to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends
