Are you a passionate travel consultant with a love for cruising and creating memorable experiences for clients? Jamberoo Cruise and Travel is looking for an experienced Part-Time Travel Consultant to join our friendly, family-owned agency located in the heart of Jamberoo village.

The Role
This is a part-time position working Tuesdays to Thursdays, 10am to 4pm, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert travel advice and booking services across all travel products, with a strong focus on cruising.
Use Amadeus to manage flight and travel bookings efficiently and accurately.
Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering friendly, professional, and personalised service.
Maintain excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple bookings and client needs.
Collaborate with a small, close-knit team to contribute to the agency’s success.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a travel consultant.
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS or similar is essential.
Strong knowledge of cruising, land tours, flights, accommodation, and all other travel products.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A proactive and positive attitude.
