Remuneration: ASO2 ($58,709 - $63,154 p.a.) + 11.5% Superannuation
Role Details
The Department for Child Protection is seeking an Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the Office of Professional Practice.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to the Manager of the Disability Support Program, including appointment scheduling.
Contributing to the development of business strategies for the Disability Support Program.
Assisting in the implementation record management procedures within the directorate.
Facilitating staff training on computer usage and provide troubleshooting assistance.
Supporting the Office of Professional Practice with invoicing, purchase order management and expenditure tracking.

You will need to demonstrate a proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism at all times. Your strong organisational skills will enable you to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
With experience in providing administrative support, client services, facilities and records management, you will be skilled in interpreting policies and procedures to provide accurate and timely support. You will also be able to collaborate effectively with peers, staff and stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships and delivering high-quality services.
