ROLE: Be the Quality Assurance Expert for the Rehabilitation Teams | Conduct File reviews | External and internal audits to ensure SLA compliance | Implement QA measures to improve service delivery | Develop new resources for your Team | Actively support, encourage and participate in continuous improvement
