About the Role
Supervise and support safe family contact for children in care. Based in Broken Hill with travel to carer homes and community locations as needed.

Duties
• Transport and supervise family contact visits
• Write clear, detailed reports after each visit
• Support care plans with Case Managers
• Identify and report child protection concerns
• Manage visits when not in the child's best interest
Skills & Experience
• Diploma in Community Services (or related field) preferred but not required
• Valid Driver’s Licence, WWCC, First Aid & NDIS clearance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage conflict and work with diverse families
• Understanding of child safety and car restraint laws
• Must be available for a range of shifts
