Duties
• Support young people with daily routines and care
• Build trust and model positive relationships
• Create safe, structured therapeutic environments
• Respond calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
• Work with teams to deliver individualised care plans
Skills & Experience
• Diploma of Community Services or currently studying or be eligible for an exemption (If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, you may be eligible for an exemption)
• Valid Driver’s License, First Aid & CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Check
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, empathetic
• Available for a range of shifts
