We are looking for a community RN or EN to work in the Pilbara. This role will involve working in the community with the elderly residents of the region.

The Role:

Provide high-quality, patient-centred care

Ensuring patient safety and well-being

Supervise and mentor junior staff

Participate in clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Work collaboratively with patients and stakeholders to enhance care

Requirements:

APRHA registration

Experience in aged care, disability, or chronic disease management.

Strong clinical, communication & problem-solving skills.

Previous remote nursing experience is desirable

Full WA driver’s license & ability to work on-call.

Police clearance & full working rights in Australia.
