Join Care For Family – A Trusted Home Care Provider

We’re currently seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) or Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our team as independent contractors providing community-based care across Sydney.

About the Role:

As a contracted nurse with Care for Family, you will work with a range of clients in their homes to deliver personalised, high-quality nursing care. Services may include wound care, medication administration, catheter care, post-operative support, and health assessments.

About You:

Current registration with AHPRA as an EN or RN

Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (preferably in community, aged care, or acute settings)

ABN

Current Police Check

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing client-centered care

Confident working independently in the community

Highly Desirable:

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Experience with aged care, disability support, or palliative care

Availability to work across various Sydney regions

Multilingual skills (please mention languages spoken)
