360 Health + Community is a person-centred primary health service intent on facilitating an excellent standard of integrated, holistic care and support for all community members. We do this through a variety of programs and services such as Street Doctor, headspace, ALIVE, NDIS Support Coordination, CHSP, mental health, chronic disease and allied health. We operate throughout the Perth metropolitan area, the Mid-West (out of Geraldton), and the Goldfields (out of Kalgoorlie).
We have an opportunity for an experienced and compassionate primary health nurse to work with our partner organisation, RUAH Community Services, to deliver primary health care in a variety of sensitive locations including engagement hubs, refuges for women and children experiencing family or domestic violence and in the community.
Your skills and experience:
Qualification and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions
Advanced clinical skills with the ability to efficiently manage the unique practice model, independently provide assessment and care of individual health needs, and provide formal advice on further identified need.
Capability to work within a trauma and culturally informed model of service delivery.
Compassionate and clear interpersonal and communication skills, including a positive bedside manner.
Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with other providers where there is shared care.
Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to work flexibly with challenging presentations of mental health, alcohol and other drugs.
Current Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate dated within 6 months, C Class driver’s licence
The salary for this position is between $73,131 and $88,920 per annum, increasing to $75,325 - $91,587 on 1 July 2025, depending on the skills, qualifications and experience of the successful candidate as assessed by 360 Health plus superannuation of 11.5%.
