Salary up to $130,513.80 per year

Permanent full-time positions

$3,000 bonus after completing 3 months (paid by agency)

About the Clinic (Practice Nurse Role)
This Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service provides holistic, culturally safe care across a wide range of areas including primary health, chronic disease management, maternal and child health, and sexual health.

As a Practice Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in promoting health and preventing illness within the community. Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver comprehensive primary care, conducting assessments, screenings, health education, and ongoing management of chronic conditions.This is a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a real impact in Aboriginal health.

About the Aged Care Facility (Aged Care RN Role)
You will be working for a small, community-focused aged care facility with 28 beds (currently 17 residents). Staffed by Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Carers, it provides essential clinical and personal care in a compassionate and culturally aware environment.
