Join a leading medical device company and play a key role in supporting hospitals across Australia. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loan Set Coordinator to manage surgical loan kits and implants from our Northern Beaches facility. This role is a temporary-to-permanent position with strong potential for long-term employment for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer product information requests quickly and accurately.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
• Efficiently restock consignment sites across Australia with appropriate implants.
• Ensure all loan set equipment is thoroughly checked and prepared for dispatch and return.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and compliant with OH&S standards and legal requirements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Business Systems Manual.
• Alert the Operations Manager and Joint Replacement Specialist of any supply issues immediately.
• Lot track all replacement implants for full compliance and traceability.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and participate in inventory processes.
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and basic repairs on instruments and loan set equipment.

* Satisfactory resolution of Customer problems/issues
* Internal and external customer service reviews are 95% positive
* Delivery of loan set areas are organized in an efficient and productive manner
* Business systems audits reflect 99% compliance with system standards
* 100% compliance with OHS procedures and standards

About You

• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Understanding of medical terminology or surgical equipment (highly regarded but not essential).
