What You'll be Doing
As our Service Advisor, you’ll own the front desk and customer experience — greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and setting the tone for a professional, trustworthy visit. You’ll manage workshop bookings and scheduling, keeping the tech team running efficiently without overloading anyone. You’ll communicate clearly and honestly with customers, providing estimates, progress updates, and follow-ups, ensuring they always feel informed and confident. You’ll recommend additional work only when it’s genuinely needed, building long-term trust rather than chasing hard sales.
Behind the scenes, you’ll handle job documentation, invoicing, and workshop admin, keeping everything accurate and on track. You’ll also get involved in creating engaging social media content — snapping photos, shooting videos, and sharing the workshop’s wins with the community. Most importantly, you’ll act as the vital link between the customers and the technicians, helping the whole team deliver an exceptional experience every day.
What We're Looking For
A true passion for the automotive industry
Minimum 4+ years experience as a service advisor (mechanical workshop or dealership)
Confident using social media, photos, and videos to engage customers
Strong interpersonal skills — you know how to connect with people
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and drive to improve
Manual driver's licence
