Applications are sought from suitably qualified Allied Health Professionals to advance their career as the Allied Health Education Manager at Echuca Regional Health. This role will support the attraction, recruitment and retention of a talented, collaborative and innovative workforce, whilst building capacity for career development at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
Design, implement and oversee education programs for Allied Health Professionals, including undergraduates, new graduates, early career practitioners and experienced staff
Engage with local communities, universities and government agencies to strengthen Allied Health workforce development in regional areas
Ensure all training and education programs meet national standards, such as those set by AHPRA, NSQHS and relevant professional bodies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nursing and medical education teams to promote interdisciplinary learning
Implement ongoing evaluation processes and use performance data, feedback and quality indicators to continuously improve the program
Qualifications/experience required:
Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health Profession with current AHPRA Registration
Minimum of 7 years’ post graduate experience relevant to discipline
Proven experience leading Allied Health Professionals and delivering evidence-based education and training programs
Desirable:
Post Graduate Qualifications in education, leadership, or a related field
Experience in developing inclusive education programs that support a diverse workforce
