Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking for flexible work, strong support, and meaningful impact? We’re seeking a subcontract OT to join our friendly and growing team in Adelaide, providing in-home and community-based therapy to a diverse client base — including NDIS participants, private clients, and other referral pathways.

Whether you're a seasoned professional or a recent graduate, you'll be supported with ongoing training, close clinical supervision, and a collaborative team culture. While experience with the NDIS is preferred, it's not essential — we're more interested in your drive to make a difference.

About the role:
In this role, you’ll provide functional assessments and in-home therapy to a diverse range of clients, primarily under the NDIS. You'll enjoy the flexibility of managing your own caseload and schedule, with ongoing clinical support provided.

What we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and strong communication skills with a client-centred approach. You’ll also need (or willingness to obtain) an ABN, insurance, and required checks. While NDIS experience is preferred, new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
